Shangri-La Hotel Toronto’s annual Lunar New Year inspired party is always a hit! We worked with them as their corporate event planner to design and plan this celebration, to ring in the lunar new year ahead while appreciating their clients. With stylish decor and unique activations, guests had the best time.

The decor really sets the tone for an event. We went with modern furniture, paired with beautiful textures of the red floral and cherry blossoms for an elegant and understated look. The giant gold rabbit is also so fun.
Cherry blossoms signal the spring and “new year” so we used them to accent the seating area.
The pops of red were vibrant and sharp against the silver furniture.
We included lots of activations for photo opportunities for guests. There was something to explore around every corner of the space. Their foyer space was decorated with this beautiful fan and peony display for photos, next to a fun candy station. When you hire us as your corporate event planner, no detail is missed!
Guests enjoyed organic cherry blossom cotton candy favours that were both delicious and fragrant.

Digital totem walls with movable graphics were placed throughout the space highlighting the sponsors.
Guests were entered into a raffle draw for some great prizes.
We love a good neon sign! This sign was custom created with the character for “Fortune” in Chinese, to welcome good luck and wealth to the party.
Another gold rabbit was used to highlight this cute self serve candy station.
An infinity mirror with custom graphics made for a fun photo opp inside the room.
The evening was full of energy and good vibes! LED Lion dancers performed for the crowd.
A gold cart accented with beautiful red and foil balloons highlighted the dessert spread from the executive pastry chef at Shangri-La Hotel.
Guests enjoyed custom drinks at our boozy boba station, included a choice of two fruit tea drinks.
We loved the late night gelato station with custom Asian flavours. It was a huge hit!
Asian-inspired food stations offered delectable treats for guests including this egg waffle station.
The food stations were accented with custom designed backdrops.
Midway through the evening, LED lion dancers surprised guests with an energetic performance followed by the lucky raffle draw.
