We were excited to be a part of the Toronto Caribbean Carnival with Scarborough Town Centre. Our team designed the activation that allowed for a photo opp and backdrop for the media launch event. Overall created a vibrant, tropical-inspired activation that was the talk of the town.
We created one main backdrop that featured lush foliage and colourful accents. The neon sign was the cherry on top to make the backdrop really pop. Flanking the main backdrop were two costume backdrops for additional photo opportunities for guests. Two costumes were created with bright feathers, mimicing the beautiful costumes of the carnival season. Two plants with a mix of real and faux greenery in white planters completed the look.
GOAL: Create an activation in centre court that captured the vibrant spirit of the Toronto Caribbean Carnival, while being a great photo opp backdrop.
