On February 11, 2018, I hosted the Rebecca Chan masterclass Workshop for wedding planners. It was an immersive opportunity for attendees to learn best practices on the business of weddings and be inspired by a true Rebecca Chan Weddings event experience. I pulled out all the stops for this with some of my friends, who happen to be the best in the industry. I was inspired by vibrant spring colours with a modern touch. It was so much fun to put together! See it all below. Photos by Mango Studios.
GOALS: Create an inspired environment for our own masterclass workshop.
SERVICES: Full-service event planning and design, staffing, sales, promotion, coordination.
Guests were greeted by the seminar room full of lush blooms and full swag bags.

Programs and a full swag bag of goodies awaited each guest.
During wedding season, all I see is blush and white, so I wanted to switch it up to a vibrant colour palette.
Attendees immersed themselves in a full morning and afternoon of learning with me and my guest speakers.

Attendees took coffee breaks with pastries from Berkeley Events, chocolates from Monde Du Chocolat and tea with rentals from Plate Occasions.

Guests were treated to a beautiful lunch dressed to the nines where they got to interact in a small group setting with all our speakers.

Colourful groupings of flowers from Rachel A. Clingen Wedding & Event Design brightened up the table.
Brent Miller entertained guests with live music and his usual charm.

Thank you to my team who braved the ice and cold early in the morning to help set up everything!
