Anti-Bullying Day is in February, and to highlight it, we created a colourful and vibrant Kindness Garden at Oshawa Centre. The Kindness Garden featured beautiful floral-inspired photo opps and positivity messages on doors, followed by activations on weekends with “keys of kindness”. We designed a bold and abstract graphic that served as the backdrop to the flowers, as seen on the floor vinyl and walls. It was a really fun and unique activation, and we loved designing it from start to finish!

Guests were greeted by a big and bold flower arch full of colourful flowers. This served as the first of many photos opps in the space. We love how all the colours tied together in this flower arch.
During the weekends, this space was home to puppy yoga activations in front of the arch.
Taking a tour around the space, each perspective gave a different photo opp and unique positivity message.
The doors we created were symbolic as keys to kindness, with positivity messages on each of them. Each door had a unique floral backdrop to make for a unique photo opp to explore. This first door stood in front of a wall with 3D oversized flowers for a whimsical and vibrant photo opp. These were so big and impactful!
This second door featured hanging flowers in an immersive environment. You could see it from the main floral arch, and you can’t help but be pulled in.
This third kindness door featured floral planters growing on the sides and behind the door. Wild flower graphics extended the flowers on to the walls and were extended on to the cart used for weekend activations.
The back of the wall structure featured three mirrors featuring positive affirmations.
Finally, guest services ran a contest where guests could open this door with a special key. A “Keys of Kindness” wall was created in the shape of a key hole.
This was such a fun and vibrant mall activation to design! We loved bringing it to life.
