Oxford Properties Group manages 11 buildings in the Financial District in Toronto. As part of community engagement initiatives, they run marketing activations every month based on seasonal themes to engage their tenants. We assist their team with design and styling of these Toronto marketing activations, creating selfie moments and unique backdrops for guests to engage with. See a glimpse of some of the fall and winter marketing activations we helped design below.
International Women’s Day marketing activations
Don’t mind this one, it’s not quite in the fall, but my Oxford spring/summer activations page was getting pretty full! This was a special activation at 11 of Oxford’s buildings, each building with its own graphic display that fit the specific lobby size. We played around with an illusion wall at some locations that featured women’s faces of different ethnicities and ages.
We utilized a glass wall behind a security desk at one location with a quote about women’s day.
This location had its own wood wall, so we vinyled it with a large print (the second of two custom graphics used).
This location only had space for a small wall, so we created a custom graphic for just this size.
The Metro Centre location had guests entering from two different entrances, so the illusion wall offered views from different angles for visual interest.
Halloween Decor
Halloween is always so much fun! At three locations, we provided decor for halloween decor for Oxford that took place including performances by drag queens and
Metro Centre location featured a doggy play pen decorated with halloween caution tape and one spooky backdrop with spiders, purple and black floral and cobwebs. It also featured a custom made acrylic sign.
The spooky wall was a huge hit for photos!
At WaterPark Place, we created a fun halloween-inspired arch with skeletons, fall floral and lanterns.
Our halloween style arch was also featured at another location where they had performances by drag queens and entertainers.
Pickleball court launch activation
One of Oxford’s buildings opened a new pickleball court for tenants. To celebrate and highlight the launch, we helped design two pickleball balloon bouquets with matching pickleball cookies for giveaway.
As part of the new pickleball court launch, we created some cute decor and cookies.
These balloon bouquets stood almost 7ft tall. They were so cute and such a great way to highlight the launch.
Holiday Market Decor
For the holiday season, we designed decor for four different Oxford Properties locations, each with their own activities and needs. There were workshop, performances and puppy photobooths. It was a huge success and such a magical way to celebrate for the season.
We designed a wreath-inspired floral arch, accented by white branch planters. It came together with a starry night floor vinyl that anchored the space.
This wreath arch was my favourite by far!
To highlight performances, we created festive holiday arrangements.
A puppy play pen and photo booth was part of two of the holiday markets. We designed a festive flower backdrop with white and gold floral inserts.
