Wedding with Harry Rosen

This summer, we had the pleasure to partner with Harry Rosen to plan a wedding for a lucky couple impacted by Covid. Harry Rosen ran a contest to choose the couple, while we planned and designed a modern wedding inside their flagship store in Yorkville. We transformed their retail space into a beautiful event, complete with fun photo opps, experiential surprises and, of course, a stunning wedding!

The lucky grooms and their wedding party were outfitted to the nines by Harry Rosen. They both chose tuxes that suited their personalities and tastes. They looked so sharp! They got ready at Mint Room Studios, a beautiful neutral backdrop for photos.

Transforming a retail space is no small task! There were a lot of different spaces that guests walked through before they got to the terrace where the wedding was held. We decided to create an experience for the entrance, from the main from into the elevator and on to the final destination of the terrace, so that every step of the way was special.

Upon entering, guests were greeted by modern candles and fresh roses and orchids that lined the way to the elevator.

Guests were invited to get a glass of champagne from the bubbly wall. Get the party started early!

The elevator was dressed up with beautiful balloons that hinted at the party that awaited them.

Just off the elevator was a stunning backdrop for photos.

Guests then made their way to the terrace from these stairs. We dressed up the stairs with beautiful candles and lots of greenery to make the walk up extra special.

Fun way-finding floor vinyl lined the way throughout the journey so guests knew where to go.

The ceremony was followed by a cocktail reception in the same terrace space. We created a modern tropical vibe for the wedding, with black and white accents to the tropical greenery.

The cocktail reception featured fun surprises for guests and lots of yummy food from our caterer.

Guests signed a globe guestbook for our globetrotting couple.

A retro candy station was a fun delightful surprise for guests.

The sweets table was specially made to be vegan, as per the couple’s request, and it was both delicious and beautiful.

Guests received a painted portrait of themselves to take home.
