One King West Hotel was looking to highlight their beautiful Suite Fifteen Hundred event space, an under utilized and under promoted space. We came up with the concept of throwing a great summer party to bring the space to life.
We kicked off the summer on a high note atop One King West Hotel’s Suite Fifteen Hundred, equipped with a wrap around terrace that was perfect for the beautiful weather we had. The electric bedroom was a huge hit and made for great photos, while the main room had tropical vibes that kept the party going. Guests came wearing white, giving the party extra summer feels. SERVICES: Event concept creation, full-service event design and planning, invitation and guest management, coordination and social media promotion.

The balcony was decked out in modern furniture to allow the space to shine.
Freshly spun cotton candy topped off our signature drinks and were available as a sweet dessert as well.
Custom signs were created by our calligrapher for the food stations.
At the end of the night, refreshing popsicles were handed out to guests.
