Earlier this month, we had the pleasure to help plan Eventsource’s inaugural PR Launch Party, an event to showcase Eventsource’s suppliers to Toronto’s event professionals. Seven of the top caterers in the city delighted guests with amazing food, unique entertainment was enjoyed all night and beautiful decor inspired guests the second they walked in. GOALS: To throw an epic bash for the event industry, giving an excuse for creative professionals to have a night out.
SERVICES: Event planning, guest and invitation management, event design, coordination and social media promotion.
This seating area was around the corner from the main party section, to give some privacy to guests who wanted reprive.
A beautiful seating area was created with soft blush couches and lounge chairs, accented with linear flowers and trees.
This whimsical swing photo opp was a huge hit for guests. Guests could “swing into the spring”.
Guests enjoyed live music upon entering.
A mobile photo booth made sure all guests had a chance to get their photo taken.
This industry party sure was a full house!
