Planning a wedding at a venue
If you are planning to host a micro wedding on-location, we just launched Deluxe White Glove Weddings with some of our favourite venues in the city. It’s designed for couples who want to celebrate an intimate wedding at a venue, without the fuss of traditional wedding planning.
If you’re looking to host a wedding at a venue, this is a chance to get married somewhere you wouldn’t normally use (especially if you will have a bigger wedding in 2021).
You also enjoy the advantages of having staff, an indoor backup for rain, parking and a photo location. You just need to be flexible with date availability and work around a venue’s regulations for health restrictions.
Planning a wedding at home
If you are planning to celebrate at home, we have created our White Glove Deliveries just for you. They are mini weddings packages delivered directly to your house.
We have a handful of couples planning to host a small gathering in their backyard. Our White Glove Wedding Deliveries are great for couples wanting to do this!
But please keep in mind that planning a wedding for 10+ guests at home is not for the faint at heart!
You’ll need to plan for the chance of inclement weather, furniture, parking and restrooms for guests.
If you want to provide food and drink as well, that is a whole other level of service you will be providing.
We’ll be offering some options for at-home catering next week, as well as furniture and tent options.
However, once you start adding this and adding that, your ‘intimate’ wedding in the backyard will start feeling like a big fuss. The price you pay may be similar or more to costs at a venue.
You must count the costs when going this route. It can be truly intimate, but can be a lot of work.
